Citizens Advice West Berkshire is a free, confidential and independent local charity supporting people who live or work in West Berkshire, including Greenham Parish. We help people with a wide range of issues such as debt, benefits, housing, employment, family problems and cost of living pressures.

Our trained advisers provide practical advice to help people understand their options, resolve problems and move forward. We support clients through face-to-face appointments, phone advice and digital channels, depending on what works best for them. Many of the people we help are facing difficult or stressful situations, and we aim to offer clear, impartial advice at the point it is most needed.

As well as supporting individuals, we work closely with local partners and community groups to improve access to advice and reduce hardship across the area.
