NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL COMMUNITY ASSEMBLY of Greenham Parish will take place on Thursday, 24th April 2024, at 7:00 PM

Venue: St Mary’s Church, New Road, Greenham, RG19 8RZ

AGENDA

• Welcome and Annual Statement by the Chairman of Greenham Parish Council

• Approval of Minutes from the Annual Assembly held on 25th April 2024

• Presentations from local organisations, including:

• Berkshire Youth

• Tea, Toys and Tots at St Marys Church Hall

• Greenham Police Community Support Officer (PSCO)

• Greenham Control Tower

• Greenham and Crookham Common Commission (GCCC)

• Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust (BBOWT)

• Newbury and Crookham Golf Course

• St Mary’s Church, Greenham

• Greener Greenham Group (GGG)

• Greenham Scouting Group    

• Racecourse Residents Association (RRR)                                             

The Assembly will conclude with presentations of thanks, followed by an open forum for public questions and comments on matters concerning the Parish.
